Some people seek out the most hateful, restritctive religion they can find. It justifies both their hatred of themselves and their hatred of others. I'd say Christian Fundamentalists fall into this same catagory too.

I converted to Islam because it is very logical and had answers to the problems I had with Christianity. It has no more "thou shalt not" than Judaism or Christianity. People who are Muslim just take their religion more seriously than typical American Christians or Jews. (No offense Jews and Christians, I speak only from my own limited experience.)

22:20 Whereby that which is in their bellies, and their skins too, will be melted;
22:21 And for them are hooked rods of iron.
22:22 Whenever, in their anguish, they would go forth from thence they are driven back therein and (it is said unto them): Taste the doom of burning.

Because it's teachings give people answers to questions they couldn't find else where. It is a kind and gentile religion... People are happy to find what they have been looking for, and do not mind giving up worldly things.

Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad were all holy and beloved prophets and Messengers of God............none close to be equal to God...........and those who believe God has a partner God..............it is Blashphemy
