My idea of the perfect guy:
Intelligence - Intelligence comes in many different varieties, not just "booksmart," so this is an odd subject. I want a mate who is into politics and loves to debate, just like myself. Easily put, someone who can really get into social satire and is up-to-date with the times, someone who can relate to things in an intelligible manner rather than a bigoted way.
Personality - Doesn't matter, as long as they seem to have a basic code of ethics, anything will do. Angsty, happy, hyper, whatever.
Looks - As long as a person tries to keep themself clean and healthy they would be considered attractive to me.
Values - Someone who values their own life and the lives of loved ones, respects others' beliefs and protects what they believe is righteous.
Artistic - Someone who has a high sense of artistic value. A painter, sculptor, musician, poet, or anyone of the like.
Humor - A fan of satire, as once stated, a lover of dark humor, or pretty much someone entertained by something other than slapstick comedy (slapstick = bleh!).

Well, if I know half as much as I think I know about the female of the human species....I'd say character goes the farthest of any quality. Honesty, just, free thinking, and tenderness. Of course it helps a lot to be 6' tall or taller, broad shouldered, well'ish to do financially, and have a head full of hair...

I don't believe in that "soulmate" thing. What I look for in a woman is compatibility, friendship, kindness, intelligence, confidence and a sense of humor. I want a woman who can throw a spiral. Do you know what that is?

My perfect man is wonderful. He is respectful, considerate, sensitive, compassionate, compromising, determined, persistant. This is a lot to ask for. I found this man three years ago. Last year, he broke my heart. Should I look for the same thing or revise my list?

Honesty is #1! Someone who has a fun personality & you can laugh with. Someone you like to be around & can have good talks with about anything..
Oh & if they are physically attractive, that would be nice too!

I am looking for some other young woman like me who is happy to be free. I want her to laugh and love the water. I hope she will want to snuggle up with me on rainy nights. I want to bake cookies with her and go barefoot all of the time in the house. I want to watch her sleeping. I want her to be what ever she wants to be, as long as I can be there too.
