A masque is a place of worship for Muslims, and a Church is a congregation of people who worship God.

The difference is found in the use of the building, and not necessarily in the artichiture.

A "Church" is traditionally a place where Christians gather for group worship. The label is more appropriately applied to the group of Christians, and not the building, but the handle is easier for outsiders to understand.

A "Mosque" is traditionally a place for the followers of Islam to gather for group worship.

In church Christians sing and dance and have fun.

In mosque we Muslims pray to God.
