Only 20% of all cola sales are diet? 70% of all diet soda is bought by women?

If a "person" buys a cola, what is the probability it is diet? 20%.

If a woman buys a cola, the probability of it being diet is .2 times .7, or 14%.

To check, we can compute the probabilites of the other three outcomes. If a woman buys a cola, what is the probability of it being regular? .8 times .4, or 32%.

If a man buys a cola, what is the probability of it being regular? .8 times .6, or 48%. If a man buys a cola, what is the probability of it being diet? .2 times .3, or 6%.

Now, addem: 14 + 32 + 48 + 6 = 100

Yes!!
