Yes! It's nutty- read Leviticus. It's one of the books in the old testament. I've been joking with my girlfriend this past week and reading her passages from that book about how she is unclean and I can't even touch her or sit were she sat lest I be unclean, too! SO I told her not to sit on my couch or me. Jokingly of course. I would never be so rude as to follow the bible in my discourse with others. That's just mean. Leviticus Chapter 15 is all about menstraution. The surrounding chapters are about other dirty things and the prescribed punishments or methods of dealing with them. A lot of which involve throwing rocks at people or killing them. Ah....bible study.
