Obviously, it should be a healthy diet and regular exercise. Also, what helps is also eatting more meals, but smaller portions. Eatting more will help you speed up metabolism, but you need to eat more foods low in fats and sugars. Eat more fruits and veggies more often.

Try eating six small meals a day. Add plenty of salad and fruits to your diet. If you're hungry, have a fruit or some popcorn.... Have your meal at the same time everyday so your body gets used to the routine. This way you can avoid hunger at the wrong time! Brisk walking for 20 minutes (to begin with, then up to 45 minutes) will show results within a month. A balanced diet and any form of exercise works like magic!

by cutting down portion sizes and making healthy food choices. Drink LOTS of water and avoid foods high in sugar or fat. Don't stop eating, you will just gain anything you lose back as soon as you start again. Take it from a recovering anorexic, you dont want to give yourself an eating disorder. Just eat healthy.

I can agree with everyone else with diet and exercise. Drinking lots of water. I heard from my doctor and others that you should drink half your body weight in water and let me tell you it works. I started last week and since lost 5 pounds already. I hope that helps as well as other good answers that some people have responded with.

Swimming and/or running or very brisk walking and sit-ups combined with a very low carb diet. You will get an initial weight drop but you may get weak after a couple of days. You will have to be hungry and tired!.

Well you have to eat healthy. Like every morning tou should eat a little of something to get your matabolisim started. Your matabolism slows down when you sleep. So eat a little if every meal for energy but only untill you feel full not stuffed.
