People in that generation are old and they think they have a right to be RUDE. I know what you mean. Most of them drive like they're the only ones on the road. Ya know they fount in WW2, the big war. I'm thankful for what they did,but that's no excuse to be rude.

Perhaps they are going blind as they age. But, it could be that your a pretty young woman and younger men are interested in looking at you as you walk ahead of them. Why don't you try opening the door for the WW2 gentlemen. Many of them fought for your freedom.

I think open and hold the door for everyone, until you get stuck then pass the job off, old poeple served their time (wwII or otherwise) and deserve the respect I am all for it, as for driving take them off the fkn road, at least a bi annual driver test for poeple past 75

If you are young, they feel that you should be opening doors for them. If you are their age, then they are normally polite. As for the driving, well, they cannot see very well and have not adjusted well to old age.

So authentic. Few keep in mind that the letters are as valid for us in the present day as even as they were written to congregations and as persons interior those congregations. might want to all of us be holy, authentic and committed in His sight.

lol @ Tommy'lass......pretty much sums it up.....I am rather looking forward to being an obnoxious old crone.......BUT to answer your question they feel [IMO] they are owed manners and respect regardless of whether they give it out....maybe they have and maybe not...just wish they would be a bit nicer and DONT drive if they can not see over the steering wheel.

I've never seen that from older guys, just the younger ones.
If they do it, they probably really didn't see you.
OR you look like a guy....
