Kamsmom - The wrap idea sounds good. Does anyone else have yummy ideas for a healthy snack/meal, as well?

For a quick snack I always buy honey turkey, bison vegetable flavor cream cheese spread and thin pita bread or tortillas. I make sandwich wraps. I eat them while I am driving, less mess than a bread sandwich.

I love Safeway it is much better than City Market on Glenwood..anyway get so chix salad for sandwiches this week and some Cornish game hens for dinner....Good Luck!

Little Debbie double chocolate with chocolate syrup they are the best
they like swiss rolls covered in chocolate and syrup inside
