More proteins, less carbs. There is a new oatmeal out from Quaker that helps you feel fuller for a longer time, adds protein.

Try Ensure with protein for a meal a day - that will help get you all the nutrients you need, make you full, and help you build muscle and lose weight.

Also consider making your portions smaller and ignoring the hunger. as you do this, your stomach will actually shrink, making you less hungry.

Your hunger could be psychological as well - find things to do that hold your attention and make you feel good about yourself - you'll find you aren't hungry so often.

Well if you need to loose weight the best thing to do is eat a well balanced meal each day and have small perportions and eat alot a day. Smaller porportions can weigh down the amount your eating per day. Good luck and remeber small porportions make u look smaller and nutritional foods such as brocolli, spinach macoronni and other vegies and fruits also.

Don't start to just eating a lot less, kills your metabolism. Get to the gym and add some muscle. Muscle will burn fat in your sleep.
Gotta eat your protein to gain any muscle. Women develop muscle differently than men so you will not look like one of those body builders unless you start doing needles
