If you feel in your heart that you really love that person, then it will not be hard to say it...If you are reluctant in saying it to someone, then maybe you really are not in love with them...

just tell him straight: "i love you" but there'r things to note before this.
it is really depends on the situation. how long u've known him for? is he your boyfriend or your friend that uv been 'secretly' love? and if he's your boyfriend, how long u've been together for? and what is his attitude about the L word? some guy take the word seriously and wouldnt say it if he doesnt really mean it, which means you wouldnt get "i love you too" from this guy except he really feel he Loves you with the big L, which gonna be a heartbreaking moment. i dont know if its really answer your question.

tell them only if they have the same feelings for you that you have for them. its a toss up though, they might tell you they love you back, or it can and will complicate things.
if you decide to tell this person, just come out and say it, love doesn't beat around the bush, its upfront in your face.

u can tell themeveryday if u really love that person.....
i do tell my bf i care and love him but sometimes maybe its not enough for him....so,aT LEAST u told him what u feel for him....
and if im gone then that is his lost not mine...u know what i mean...i do a lot of stuff for him...just to prove that i love him...
not only to tell them that u love them...u show to them tht u care....old saying that action speak louder than words..
