it depends the kind of guy....to make sure what is he thinking and not make u confused next time u saw him staring at u go to him and ask him that what is wrong with me? or maybe u like me but u cant tell? now i need u to explain why?
talk to him in a nice way and dont embarrace him either u...sounds like whispering to him....then u will find out ....
