I like grilled chicken breast, brown rice & edamame.
I also keep chunks of low-fat ham & pineapple with a bit of cinnamon in a bowl in the fridge.

Tootsie rolls & cremesavers are little tiny bites to help satisfy my sweet tooth without too many calories (unless I eat more than a couple)

I'll put 80 calories worth of cereal or pretzels in a little baggie for something to grab & munch. That way I can have a munchy without letting it get out of hand.

I like snacking on crunchy pickles if I get hungry for salty foods. THey can be really filling and provide the craving for "real" food and they're like 0 calories.. they're just cucumbers in vinegar, right?

For Brekkie
Usually cereal with skim milk and some toast with jam & actimel drink

Lunch
Brown bread with mashed banana, yoghurt, small choc bar & LF crisps

Dinner
Usually meat with 2 veg & spuds
or Pasta Dish
Fresh or tinned fruit for dessert with LF icecream

Snacks
Air popped popcorn
fruit
boiled sf sweets or a sf lolly
