my bf is in college 6 hrs away. his cell don't even work for his mom to call him. how do we keep it going?

My girl's seven hrs. away. I try and visit her as often as I can, but I won't kid you, its hard.
Talk often, but let him life his own life over there, not just staying in the dorms and talking to you.
Don't feel put out, instead, embrace the time you do spend together.

I also have a girlfriend in college about 4 hrs. away we have been going out for 1 yr. the best advise i can give will sound stuipid but it is what my relationship has been based on "TRUST" you have to trust the person if you cant it will never work. GOOD LUCK Drock0907.

Patience... Thats the only thing that will keep it going. I am sure it will be frustrating for both of you not being able to communicate as often as you like. I just hope that you all had a strong relationship before he left. I wish you the best honey.

depends on how long youve been together if itll work. you hav to have a strong base to start with. i kno how you feel. im in texas and my boy is moving to florida this xmas.. sucks, but well have almost 2 years by then and we hav a strong enough bond. jsut hope you hav the same bond as we do.

write each other daily, i.m. him, call him not on a cell phone, and do things together every weekend or at least every other weekend. As long as you communciate with each other and remind yourself just how much you love each other i'm sure you guys can do it ;)

nicely its as much as the the two certainly one of you. in case you adult males are keen to handle the hardships of long distance, alongside with have confidence, and the no longer with the ability to work out eachother area and such then choose for it. and in case you adult males make it, than it basically makes you adult males that plenty greater advantageous as a pair. or in spite of in case you adult males are basically going to look ahead to eachother, you adult males could have an extremely stable courting. yet once you adult males cant have confidence eachother to stay truthful, and cant cope with no longer with the ability to work out eachother, then perhaps it wasnt meant to be.
