A baseball. It has greater kinetic energy

KE = 1/2 x M x V2

where KE in kinetic energy, M is mass and V2 is velocity squared.

Assuming that the baseball and the tennis ball start at the same speed (velocity), then the greater mass of the baseball gives it greater kinetic energy, so it will travel further.

Base ball - it has more mass, therefore more resistance is needed to slow it down. You can't swing a bat and hit a tennis ball into left field, but you can with a baseball. Also, the surface of a tennisball is too soft, where it would absorb much of the impact. But throwing it, would be different, but still you could throw a baseball farther I think.

The question almost sounds like it could be your science fair project.
A base ball has more mass, and would, in theory, travel further. Here is my reasoning.
More mass means more kinetic energy is stored. If both balls leave point 'A' at the same velocity, and are subject to the same conditions of loss (ie. friction through air resistance) then they would both lose energy at the same rate. But because the baseball has more energy stored to begin with, it will continue to travel long after the tennis ball has lost all it's energy and stopped.

A baseball would go farther because it is more dense.

baseball, it has more mass
heavier the ball, farther it will go

I don't think anyone can hit tennis ball 500 feet.

when hit with a baseball bat, tennis by far. when with a tennis racket, you have a big hole from the base ball.
id say tennis ball

I THINK a tennis ball, just my guess, because its more lightweight. But, you could try an experiment to find out.
