Shoulder Burritos
get big burrito tortillas
heat tortillas on skillet
shred your shoulder
get some pace picante sauce (mild or hot, whatev) 1 tsp ground comino chopped red bell pepper 1 tsp ground pepper fresh cilantro
add all ingredients in pan. cook.
add ingredients to tortilla. fold. heat in oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
its good.

Dice it, mix with frozen hash browns, then pour on a mix of cream soup, shredded cheddar, and sour cream. Yum!
Or, put it in omelettes, make grilled sandwiches, or put in salad. It's almost the same as ham.

Use it as a topping for baked potatoes, along with cheese, sour cream, onions, etc.
For a healthier choice, you can put in on a salad, in a wrap, use it as a pizza topping, or in pasta.

Either cut it in small pieces or tear it and put it in a crockpot, put in your favorite BBQ sauce and cook on low for about 6 hours for BBQ'd beef on Wick sandwiches.

if it's pork try a green chile-sauce
if it's beef a red chile-sauce
goes great with spanish (mexican )rice ,pinto-beans ,and some tortillas ( i prefer corn )
