It would be helpful if you include a few more details. How do you know this woman? How spiritual are you?
Most likely, it isn't a matter of straight out asking her. If you encounter each other regularly, then you will just naturally get to know each other better.
If she is as she sounds, you will need to get to know her in a group setting as she won't be the type of woman who is likely to go somewhere alone with someone she barely knows.
And, of course, pray about it. If it is God's will for the two of you to be together, He will show you a way. Ask for His guidance.
