You can try duct tape. It may pull them out. Good luck!

you can soak your hand in warm water or you can put duct tape in your hand for and hour and it will lift the needles up
One Question: WHAT WERE YOU DOING WITH A CACTUS?!?!?!?!?!?!

soak your hand in water for 20 minutes and stop petting the cactus.
