Boobs....never fails. I diet and they shrink first! Not fair!

It depends on the person, but generally, you loose it evenly throughout your body. Where you notice it the most is what makes the only difference. However, if you have a rather large body part and others are skinny, then you may find you lose fat from there first because that's where most of your body fat is stored.

For women the thighs and arms are the last to go. For men the midsection is the last to go.

hi there, it all depends on the person and what exercise they do, it's usually all over equally, people also notice your face, i was asked when dieting once, "are you losing weight? i can tell with your face" and funnily enough once they said that to me i noticed as well lol

You lose it everywhere, but the place that it is the most visible is where you have the least.
