THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. you dont know how tired i am of hearing IM SO FAT. which you didnt do.
your perfectly healthy. you actually are a bit underweight, which is fine. you should probably be around 120-130, but only if you want. as long as you're eating enough.
you dont need to lose any pounds but if you want to tone up and gain muscle, you could do that. you'll gain a couple pounds at first but then you'll lose some easier b/c muscle burns more calories than fat.

According to most weight charts women should weight 100 pounds at 5 feet and 5 pounds for each inch after that. Of course you can't always go by charts. Every person's body composition is different. It is important to exercise regardless of your weight. It is important for cardi health. Also, even if you weigh very little sometimes you can still feel out of shape. If that is the case just increase your cardio and do some exercises to tone. Even people who are of normal weight can have flab and need to tone. I would not suggest a diet at your size but having a healthy diet is good.

Okay let me get this straight... you want to lose weight when you are 5'6 and 112lbs. Be happy about yourself eat normally. You don't need to lose any weight at all. I mean hey I'm like three inches shorter and like 130 somthing but I don't care because muscle weighs more than fat. You should gain muscle weight. You will look fit and you will feel stronger. If you already are muscle well then you should gain a few pounds. It apears that you are almost underweight and that is not a good thing so think about it.

Don't "diet" that will just shock your body and you will lose muscle not fat. Starvation diets are dangerous, and fad diets like south beach, atkins, ect, just cause your body to shock and can cause serious health issues.

The idea is to improve your diet.

If you switch to a low-fat Vegan diet you can eat all you want and you will lose weight and gain muscle.

supplement with juices (buy a juicer) and healthy snacks.

and exercise (walking is the best kind of exercise, swimming, rollerblading and bicycling are also good).
I highly recomend the Core Secrets exercise routine.
oh and the Gazelle is a good machine.

oh and throw away your scale. Focus on how you feel and how you look, and how well you can use your body, not how much you weigh (muscle weighs more then fat) and everyone has a unique body shape. Weighing less does not mean that you are healthy.

To be honest your weight is already a little bit too low, although I don't know how old you are. Your BMI is already verging on being underweight, so please don't lose any more. Those BMI ranges are there for a reason. I do not want to frighten you, but unnecessary dieting can end up lowering your body fat to dangerously low percentages, which can cause all kinds of problems, such as oestoperosis, menstrual and ferility issues, fatigue, brittle hair, poor skin and nails, depression and digestive problems. Just continue to eat healthy and exercise to maintain your weight, but do no diet. Take care : )

Always make sure you get exercise, you'll feel better and sleep better. If you really want to lost some weight replace some items in your diet. Replace soda with water. Replace a baked potato with steamed veggies. Replace steak with fish. Don't do anything drastic your body will hate it.

U probably dont need to lose weight, it does depend on your body type but it sounds like you are on the thin side. You should just eat healthy and excerceise, your best bet is to tone your body; dont lose weight, tone it up you will actually gain weight but it will be muscle and you will be healthier than if you just lost weight....

Have your body fat % calculated. Most gyms have a set of calipers and can take measurements to tell you where you stand. If your body fat % is normal, then there's probably no need to do anything other than eat healthy and work out.
