Hi there. You are pretty motivated to do an hour of jogging a day! My friend was pretty big and he only does 1/2an hour every other day and I can see a difference. I have been doing a combination of jogging and walking for a while now and I haven't been doing it every day or anything. I would say, if you actually do jog everyday, you should probably take 2 days off. You will probably notice the beginning of results in a matter of 2 weeks. That's when it starts to become a drag so don't get discouraged. After the rough patch you will feel great!! Hope this helped. Crystal

If you can keep that up you will be doing very well - as you dont jog now id be surprised if you can keep going for an hour by the fourth day, let your body recover and try every other day.

You should see weight loss within a week if you jogged every day! and ate no more calories than now.

Jogging by the way is not good for your joints its incredibly high impact on ancles etc and that amount over a ong period of time could see you with problems later in life. What you should do is run, which is good for you. Its to do with running you are more on your toes and jogging you tend to be more flatfooted.

If you are following a proper diet, with vegetables and meats, water and fruits, milk and a good attitude then by the second week you should not only see changes but you will feel it too.

Peace.
