where I am from - a transcript is a very private document. It would not be accessible on line for several reasons.
It contains very personal information about you, and if you WERE able to access it on line, it wouldn't be hard for you to manipulate it to favour your resume.

You need to get a copy of your transcript from the last learning institution you were at. It usually has to be notarized by an official of that institution for it to be released to you. You are certainly entitled to a copy of it, but that's how you have to do it. That way you can take it to the next institution so they can determine what courses you need. If the courses you are taking are online - and they are asking for a copy of your transcript, you will have to contact the last school you were at for a copy as above.
hope that's helpful

I think it's probably a security issue. Your best bet is to see a counselor and talk to him/her about what you need. Your school might send you an unofficial copy through the mail. Official copies have to go directly to a school.

Because they are private documentations. You'll have to go to the school you went to and get the transcripts... they should have them on record.
