Um, no "Liz", The best amount of water EVERYDAY would be HALF your weight, drink that in oz's of water everyday.

(If you weigh 150, drink 75 ounces of water everyday)

If I went by "Liz's" advise, I would only be drinking 16.8 ounces a day and that is not very much.

I did the 9 day Isagenix weight loss program and it said for a truer approach, drink half your body weight in ounces of water.

I weigh 168, so I would need to drink 84 ounces of water everyday. And NO, I didn't need to be near a bathroom! Once your body flushes all the toxins and waste out, the water absorbs in it's nessessary places then you won't have the urge to pee a lot. At first, yes but your body gets used to all that water! And by drinking this much water, it's not hurting anything, It's the BEST you can give you body and it's not all about losing weight, it's just best to drink half your body weight in ounces of water and it's an easy way to remember how much water is best.
8 to 10 eight ounce glasses of water is ONLY THE MINIMUM. You can't get enough water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A lot. Our glasses are 16 oz and I guess I drink at least 4-5 a day. 16 x 4 =64 oz I guess that is the recommended amount!

I also drink about a half a pot of half caf coffee every morning.

Water I drink my eight glasses of eight ouncesof water or four, sixteen ouncesbottles an afternoon and extra, the extra water you drink, the extra you wish to drink water.... I stopped consuming soda day-to-day 30+ years in the past and feature it for a deal with as soon as in awhile

just water....for me definitelly not enough...only about 1 or 2 glasses per day and when at school about like 10 times at the waterfountains(just to get out of classes)

My nutrtionist told me to divide my weight by 10 and that is how many 8 oz glasses you should have a day. I drink almost double that amount.

Everybody says 8 glasses but you realy dont need that much, so I'd say about 3 glasses

one 16 oz. bottle. Sure isnt enough I should drink more cuz I breastfeed. But I drink lots of milk for that too.
