Distill it. As you heat it up, let the more volatile chemicals in it, like ammonia, boil off first. Then send the water through a cooled coil to catch the purified water. Shut it off before the less volatile chemicals start evaporating.

You'll be left with pure water that has no chemicals in it that could show up in any tests. You could even drink it again if you wished.

it its a drug test ur worried about u can either drink a **** load of water and hope for the best or drink like a capful of bleach i wouldnt advise the 2nd choice but ive heard it works.
