Symptoms may include upper abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, and loss of appetite for your dog.
To cure it, use antiparasitic (antihelmintic) medication once they are detected. Current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines for treatment is a prescription drug called praziquantel. The medication causes the tapeworm to dissolve within the intestines. Praziquantel is generally well tolerated. Sometimes more than one treatment is necessary.

Yeah, when my puppy had worms he rubbed his butt on the floor too. Your baby should be fine as long as you take her to the vet. (Which you already said you were doing, so you're a good mommy:) Another sign of worms is not only eating a lot, but also losing weight. Hopefully, she just over indulged and that's the reason she got sick. could also just be a bug. Either way, I hope she starts to feel better soon.

I don't know about the vomiting, but the scootching could be that her anial glands need to be expressed. Take her to the vet for both things.
