do you think they are safe? i heard they are not issuing reciepts for the transactions you make?

Considering the cashier never looks at the card or the signature when I use a regular card these days, I don't see how its any less safe. As for the receipt, are they good for anything if you get one?

If you tap you don't get a receipt., you also don't have to sign. You just tap and go like in the commercial when the man is running a marathon. I think your purchase has to be under $10, if it's over you've gotta swipe it.
