It has for me...at first I was just a passive deist, but with all this discussion, I've really found myself as corny as that sounds. I have very open agnosticism, but no respect for religion beyond its metaphorical aspects.

Yes. I enjoy the discussion and debate of ideas about God. Even with those who do not believe. I wish some atheist were not as hostile and crude in their answers however.

I would like to hear from agnostics, who seem to sit on the fence and watch the debate fly by.

Great for self learning.

From a logical point of view, you're very probable to be on the incorrect aspect of the fence, thinking the quantity of Christian denominations on my own that evaluate one yet another incorrect. and that is not any longer counting different religions like Islam and Judaism that are only as probable to be proper as Christianity. extremely, you're a Christian in case you've self belief that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that he died for the sins of mankind and rose from the grave, and that redemption will be got here across by him on my own. each little thing else is only trifles, it really is the beef of the religion. no matter if you worship in Latin or English is irrelevant. no matter if you confess to a clergyman or on to God is irrelevant - as logn as you're fairly sorry. till you're extremely deviating from the religion, I promise you, you're fantastic. And in Christianity and any faith, there aren't any definitive solutions because no you'll SEE God (if there is one, agnostics would say). do not mission a lot - nerve-racking about you being incorrect, or saved, will only get rid of out of your faith and that'll extremely harm you. Be a good man or woman, be variety, be charitable, and be good on your faith. you'd be fantastic.
