It means that they just want to get your attention and get you mad and stuff. Basically, they want you to notice them more and get closer to them. Try not to be offended by the stuff they say, their guys and guys can't help what they do. Trust me, my first boyfriend used to talk crap about me and then he just wanted me to notice him. But of course we've been over cause he cheated on me...but anyways, they just want your attention on them.

Mostly to not get teased by the other guys. It's a guy thing to say 'oh he likes Sue' or whatever. Guys do it all the time. But the guy does not want his buddys to know who he really likes, so he has to hide it.

Remember their brain is literally two years less evolved in a social manner till age 25 or so. Give him a break, in his junior high mind, its a "i like you thing"=odd huh!

Some of it is the immaturity level on the guy's part. The other part of it is simply this: THEY LIKE TO DRIVE US CRAZY!! Don't let 'em get you down, there ARE good men out there. ;-)

they are scarred to loose the one thing that they teasure the most thier freeedom. for guys it being wild and free to do what you like. is this childish yes but it is also true
