I want to spend between $400-$700 for a sturdy, effective, and quiet elliptical exercise machine. Any suggestions? Do you prefer an elliptical to a treadmill?

If you are only looking for a machine to get you some cardio, then I'd recommend a treadmill over an elliptical any day. An elliptical tends to build butt, thighs & shoulders. Sadly all the brand names I could give you will run into 4 figure sums & as your budget is less I'd suggest buying second hand, perhaps on e-bay, then you can also contact the seller for a review. I would advise you not to use it every day as you need to ggive your muscles a 24 hour rest between work-outs in order for your body to rest & improve. Good luck & consult your Physician before you start using this equipment if you haven't used it before.

The elliptical and treadmill both are quite excellent. We use both at our club, and both of them probably get equal use. As far as brands, the ones that we use are for industrial use and cost thousands, so this info wouldn't be useful to you. You may want to at least check on these brands: Nautilus, Reebok, Hammersmith.

era practise is much better than basically going mid %.. it is largely practise your physique to flow complete tilt for the full work out, yet commencing out with the durations won't bring about as plenty exhaustion as going all out for the excellent time. It burns greater energy because of the fact your physique is working greater durable in the process the speedier durations. it is an extremely good cardiovascular work out. I particularly have basically started my own on the treadmill, and discover that it kicks my butt too - yet I particularly have considered some outcomes after 2 weeks.
