I would say no.

But if you are looking for a Biblical answer Read Roman 9:19-23. It is pretty clear that the Biblical god does.

God doesn't hate. That would be a contradiction. God is love. He does turn away from sin which covers a sinner. Though it is due to the hurt He feels at the lack of light and love covering that person. If the person living in sin repents and throws off that sin God is able to once again embrace the person as if the sin had never covered them. This is where Jesus comes in. If a sinner asks Jesus to cleanse him, he is clean indeed. Jesus's blood covering hides any sign of the sin which kept him from God's love, full blessing.

God shows no fear, nor does he hate a person he has created and put on his earth. God will never show evil or hatered towards anyone, he shows kindness and trys to teach people to feel and do as he does.
