In Czech lady can be either "dáma" (pronounced like it's written) or "paní" (pronounced "panyee"). Wolf is "vlk" (pronounced "vlk", which sounds similar to "vulk").

I think those words are the same in Slovak.

Lady, woman or Mrs. = pani (pronounced PAH-nyee)

wolf = vlk (pronounced VUHLK).

Both words are Czech and Slovak.
