Most men are lazy.... and while they love sex... they prefer a woman on top...that way they get the benefit without all the work! Get use to it... after a woman gets married she does most of the work around the house anyway.... or it don't get done.
Although there is a benefit for the woman as well... she gets to control the whole thing and do what makes her feel good... If she relies on the guy...he will fail far more often than he succeeds...
Of course there are a few of us that put the woman first...

For a boy the best position would be on top or from behind. Gravity is in your favor and so you need less effort to maintain an erection. You also don't have someone's entire body weight on you which can become uncomfortable. Also you are more in control and so you can move in the most pleasurable of ways.
