Hi, You can replace wheat with oatmeal, rye, buckwheat . It depends on how allergic your child is he/she may be able to eat whole wheat instead of refined wheat. Substitute cow's milk for goat's milk. Most people are not allergic to goat's milk thus goat cheese etc. And how about pumpkin and other melons, also sweet potatoes. They are sweet, tasty and high in carbs. My child is also a fussy eater and I have found what is a favorite today is disliked some time in the future and vice versa. There are cookbooks out there that can help you make things with these substitute products and I bet there are websites that have recipes for you to try making for allergenic eaters. Go to a health food store and see if you can pick up ideas from just browsing through the ready made food section. Good luck!

He can probably eat rice and corn, and things made from rice and corn, such as pasta. Of course, vegetables, too.
It is very hard to find processed food that doesn't contain what or wheat products, soy or soy products, or egg and milk. Become vigilant about reading ingredient lists. Frequent your local health food store or market that has organic and health foods, such as Central Market.
Amazon.com has a book called "Allergy Cooking with Ease: The No Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Corn, Soy, Yeast, Sugar, Grain, and Gluten Cookbook." I've never read it, just read about it. Maybe you could check it out - sounds like a good reference.

Yes, there are products out there, you just have to look--in the health food sections of stores or your local health food store. There is rice milk, almond milk, and goat milk and you can make your own bread using rice flour. Maybe there is some alternative you could use to take the place of the egg. There is goat yogurt, goat cheese, egg-less mayonaise, rice cakes. If he is allergic to wheat because of the gluten, don't substitute rye because it has gluten too. It also might be that his milk allergy is because of a lack of lactase to digest, you don't say, if it is, they sell tablets to take when you ingest milk to help digest it that are lactase.
