I went to the library and found the Curves book. I followed the instructions for 2wks. (Moderate protien and lower carbs.) They also have 2 15min workouts that you do 3 days a week. I lost 9 lbs in 4wks. You can also check out their website!

It wouldn't be good to lose that much weight too quick - aim to lose around 2lb each week - 3 at the most and it will stay off a lot quicker than if you crash diet - just try stick to a healthy eating plan and light exercised and be patient.

I'm using Medifast, and have lost that much or more in the last 10 days. It always goes fastest at first!

you can run everyother day about 2 miles, drink lots of water, eat light..stay away from fried foods, cakes and ice cream. low fat food intake plus 0 carbs will shed the pounds of in no time.

Running and doing things like push ups and situps. Have a nice diet and drink water.

Drink lots of water.
Before bed work out so that you seriouly sweat for 1/2 hr.
Eat healthy (not just less).
