The minimum age depends on both the legal minimum age for intimate contact (read sex) and the escort's preference.
Most escorts won't take the risk of doing anything with anyone under 18. But if you're interested, you can always try calling one and explaining to her that you're under 18, but over the age of consent and you'd like to see her.

well im guessing it's the legal age of your province. So 19 for Ontario, 18 for Québec, etc. It's just a guess but it seems to make sense!
