Yes, any revelation from GOD would be extraordinary. The short version: God imparted to me that, "THE MIND IS NOT FOR THINKING,THE MIND IS FOR RECEIVING THOUGHT." The next morning, "ONE IN THE WORLD BUT NOT OF THE WORLD SHOULD SIMPLY DO WHAT IS BEFORE THEM TO DO,.DEDICATING ALL TO THE SERVICE OF GOD.

Yes, God reveals all we need in His Word and it came to existence in an extraordinary way.

Not so extraordinarily, but it was quite a revelation when He provided a way for me to go back to college.
I hadn't dreamed or planned on it, then one day, I got an acceptance letter & an offer for financial aid. (The only reason I ever applied was because my baby sister told me I was so old, God had given up hope on me ever doing anything professional with my life!) Boy, was SHE suprised!

No. Special revelation directly from God ceased with the closing of the canon of Scripture. The only inspired revelation from God we have today is His Word, the Bible.

The other night I was praying for a closer relationship with God.Later on after I fell asleep I woke up again and as clear as day I heard him in my spirit say KNOW THAT I AM. Wow.it made my heart melt.

God communicates in so many ways, and he did save my life many many times.
BUT..
The strongest thing was, one day at work, about eight years ago, my Boss call a meeting, about fifty employees were there. My Boss was very angry, because we all messed up on the Assembly line, and that he lost a lot of money. I felt compassion in my heart for him, and I raised my hand and said that I was one of them, so much happen that very moment of truth, everyone in the room was scared, the Boss stopped with his speech, I looked at everyone looking at me, and I knew what they were thinking, especially reading the expressions on their faces, they were saying, "your crazy, ur nuts, ur going to be fired," Also at that very moment I felt God's presence intervene, I felt him above me, in me, and around me, happy and warm feeling, and I knew it was God, and in my head I felt God say, " I am happy with you" After the Boss was done, my Boss came over to me, and shook my hand, and said that it took a lot of courage to do that, especially knowing everyone else was involved and no one stood by me.
God and I were the only ones in the room that really knew what happen, God was my my side.
