What should I do to make me lose 30 pounds by november 30?

start running and eat less junk food

You are at an age where it is not unusual to have odd growth spirts and be an odd weight for your age. You might be really tall or about to grown four inches.

You should not even try to lose that kind of weight in that short of time. Nature has a way of fixing you up as you grow up.

Focus on staying healthy. Exercise and eliminate "junk food." Eat fruits as and vegetables and stay away from sugary treats and too many fries.

Losing 30 pounds by November 30 isn't realistic, dear. If you crash diet, you'll gain it all back. I know this isn't what you want to hear at ALL, but it'll take longer than that if, indeed, you need to lose weight. Good luck!

lypo i guess, i dint think you can loose 30 lbs by then set a realistic goals for yourself and concentrate on having healthier habits.

Make a point to exercise 30 at least 3 days a week-this is a minumum

stop eating beef unless its 97% lean--eat grilled chicken instead

drink at leat 2 liters of water a day

plan your meals---pack your lunch the night before and by then you should know what you are having for breakfast---eat a healthy cereal for breakfast

Eat right, Sleep Right, Work Out daily

Running in the early morning is always good.
If you want to loose weight as quick as possible,
Running is always an answer, but its stressing, I know.

I am glad you are conscious of the fact.
Regulate your intake of diet/ calories.
Take proper exercise to bun the extra calories. Avoid junk food. Take at least eight glasses of water daily. Good luck.

hi there, drink plenty of water around 6-8 glasses a day and also eat three small meals a day..breakfast, lunch and dinner doing this will boost your matabolism...good luck
