No.

Back in those days, it was not common to have family names. Most people were identified by their birthplace or hometown and also by their parents/grandparents/etc.

Adam & Eve Garden

Adam in hebrew means man. Adamah means dust. I don't know what eve means. Basically, when GOD created adam, it is simple stating when GOD created man. The first man(adam) did not have a name. Therefore had no last name. He was simply man. And GOD made company for him. Eve. Unless you believe in the lilith story.

Names are no more than labels and descriptions. Ways to identify people. And the name of adam was his perfect description. Man.

PEACE!

The name Eve was not even given to her until they were kicked out of the garden of eden. She didn't even have a first name. She was called misha before Eve because it meant from man she was taken. Now a days it means woman.

No. They were the only two people on earth. There was no (other) family yet, so they would need no last names, or surnames, or family names.

I don't think surnames show up in the Bible until the New Testament (Pontius Pilate, Judas Iscariot), and even then not everyone had them. People in Israel were generally known by their ancestry (son of, daughter of), or by their places of origin, birth, or upbringing (Jesus of Nazareth, Mary Magdalene (Mary of Magdala)).

No, they did not need last names as they were supposed to be the first people on earth. Who would they confuse each other with?
