you can get a new remote (About £60) or do what we did & get a new TV ( that was after going round every carboot sale/market in our area looking for a 2nd hand remote)

go to a remote shop or try ebay and get the remote for that tv
in agos you can get a watch that has a remote built in, i cant remember if this has a settings feature with it tho but you could try
