Graham H is solid. 2 probably common Spanish words which even have not got any suitable English translations are siesta (oftentimes translated as "nap") and macho (ususally translated as "manly" or "male chauvinist"). even nonetheless those English translations are basically approximate and don't fairly capture the Spanish meanings of the words. Conversely, some English words like "blue collar worker," "sugar daddy, " "flora and fauna" and "strange" have not got any precise Spanish equivalents. it rather isn't any ask your self that Puerto Rican Spanish has words like jonrón conflei and lonchera for "homestead run, cornflakes and lunchbox."

the letter "a" when used as a personal "a" For example:

Yo conozco a Juan = I know John

Ella ve a Jorge = She sees Jorge

There is no translation for this word when it's used as a personal "a"

When it's not a personal "a" it means to or at.
