i asked dis guy out and he said maybe does dat mean no or yes? i think it means no. please answer.

I think he said maybe, to see what his options are. Sounds like he may have asked a girl out and she told him maybe, just like he said to you. He doesn't want to tell you no, so by saying maybe, that leaves the door open, for him to come back and tell you yes, if the other girl he asked out, says no. In my opinion, I think you're just a spare tire. If I asked a guy out and he told me maybe, there wouldn't be a second chance for him and if I did give him a second chance, he better have a very good reason, for saying maybe to me, in the first place. If for some reason, you and him don't go out, consider it his loss and another guys gain.

Honey it means no why wait for him to play with you there is so many men out there just chill and have friends and just have a good time If you wait for this guy he is just going to play with you and not take you seriously because hell think that he has you rapped around his finger k good luck bye

maybe? maybe he is gay.... or he is afraid of commitment. Usually maybe is no. if his interest in you was high, he would have said yes. At this point it's be best to ignore him and play hard to get for awhile.
