Poor judgement yes. cheating no.
Why?
because I believe there has to be some physical contact to cheat.
if he has never touched any of these women then he is just an oaf who is fantasizing a lot bout a life he could of had.
however.. it sounds like you have some trust issues with him and this may not be the first time he has given you reason to question your trust in him.
If you want this relatioship to move forward then you need to address this head on.

Yes, that is how the cheating starts. Three years is a long time to be together and him still doing a dating site and emailing women online. I'd learn from this and leave him.

No he is just beefing up his ego
one of my mates is really happy with his gf. but flirts with women all the time when we go out and he just smiles once the chatting is all over and they move on.
another guy I know doesnt do that at all cos he is again happy with his woman but if he gets any attention he is friendly but never wants anything because he is not looking.
Ask yourself if he is really your kind of guy? Is this something you have seen in him before? And ONLY if he has done wrong by you in the pas then ask him and think about it long and hard, does he love you?

yup -he's cheating. what if he is flirting with other women, getting turned on and THEN makes a move on you. is it you he wants at that point or is it just that you are there physically and the person he is fliriting with isn't. as for the dating agency thing - did he pay a registration fee? if so he is in it for the long haul. no one spends money if they are not planning on doing anything. Sorry, but i think you should dump him and find someone who will treat you right and make you feel special. good luck

Flirting is no big deal, but registering on a dating site is definitely cheating. He may have not done it yet, but who knows where it could have led had you not found out about it.

Dump the guy, 1/2 the people in this country talk about how much they love their partner when in fact they don`t know what the WORD ACTUALLY means, also are you going to believe that he is paying a fee to a dating agency just to flirt, that is the biggest piece of bull **** I have ever heard.

HE IS CHEATING ON U, even if it's flirting, that means ur not good enough for him, dump him like the piese of trash he is, and don't talk to him for a while, then if he is still with online girls, he is wasting time, because if he had anygirl, and he was rude enough to cheat on u, then he don't deserve to talk to u, or call u his girl

He's certainly reading the menu, and s/he who sits in a restaurant and reads the menu usually intends to order eventually. Registering with a dating site would tend to confirm that he is shopping around for someone new. Maybe you should too.

i wouldn't class it as cheating as such but it is still definatley wrong if he wants to flirt he should flirt with you.what is he going to do when the flirting gets boring he'll move on to other things i think you need to get rid now before he hurts you more than he already has everytime he goes out you'll be on a seriously paranoid.

I wouldn't exactly classify it as cheating. But it's definetelly a warning shot. Surely it doesnt make you feel all that great but he might be bored after 3 years. get some fresh air in there.
