I really like a friend and he likes me but is too scared to ask me out how do i ask him so he doesnt say no?

well... if you KNOW that he likes you then just like when you are talking say i like you or something. there maybe reasons he hasn't asked you. my friend liked this one guy, but he didn't ask her out bcuz he was in a sports season and couldn't date. it is ok just right a note if you are just as scared as he is.
