I have had a few and normally pierce them with a sterile needle, leave it a day or so and then sqeeze it out. It comes out like a hard white blob of wax. Once gone it will just heal up.

they will come out if u steam first to open the pores then use a tiny sterile needle like i micro lance to make a hole they come out like little pearls hehe! try without a needle first though as u don't always need 1 and don't just squeeze it real hard try rollin the skin around it with ur finger tips

i hate those! once i used a needle and sterilzed it by washing it and rubbing alcohol on it. then i gently stuck the tip of the needle onto the head of the milla...i did it until the little white thing popped out. it left a little mark or space like thing, but it went away in about a week. i don't even remember when i had it! hope this helps!
