He is blowing smoke up your butt so that at a later time he can come back and be with you when he doesnt have anyone better... trust what your heart says and dont let your mind plays games with your heart. always remmember there is a reason we broke up.
you can do better.. find someone that isnt going to tell you one thing but be with another girl.

He is basically playing you. If he already has another girl, then I would let him go. He is probably going to play you and the other chick. Move on and find another fish out there to be with . He isnt worth it. He is probably telling her the same thing. You deserve more than that from someone.
