Go to Freeware.com. Lots of free public domain software with documentation.

From the phone manufacturer's website. If it's a nokia the nokia pc suite is freely available from their website.

use yahoo moblie to transfer pictures with a pix message to yahoo and then its on your yahoo which your can download to your computer....for more info about yahoo mobile pictures
