I really like one of my guy friends, he know's I do, but how do ask so if he says no we will still be friends.

Sorry, but a girl must never should ask a man out.
If he knows that you like him, give him some time and he will ask you out if he likes you. Meanwhile, make yourselff look nice and popular around your friends and keep yoursel busy with activities, so that he know that you are a catch!
