There are two basic routes towards this particular role. One is that you find a power-mad woman that views men as chattel and pledge your undying devotion to her. There are a fair number of women that would be available in this regard, but the question become whether you are able and willing to accept this pole. Keep in mind that many guys who initially believe that this path will work for them will find it to be not for them, and most women know that before the guys do. You simply might not be of that mindset.

The second path is to develop a relationship of this kind from another pre-existing relationship. In other words, you don't go out looking to be someone's sex slave, but instead find a girl in the vanilla sense first. If you are positioning yourself as a sex slave, this will be disadvantageous as most people (guys as well) wish to develop relationships that go beyond sex.

The best advice that I can give is to determine what you really want. If you really are just looking for sex, you'll not have a long-term relationship emerge. If you are a true slave (and most guys aren't), the first path might be useful for you. If you are looking for a real relationship with someone that goes beyond the physical, work on the non-physical stuff first.
