There sure was (though it was Eden, not paradise...that's a different place) The bible says that Adam knew his wife Eve. The original meaning of the word knew was a sexual one.

Thats a good question. Im sure there was some kind of union between the two, but as far as sexuality as we understand it now, I doubt it. Sexuality after the fall is known as one of the consupiscences to many Christians. God gave man these primal desires for food and sex and so forth. These urges can obviously be used for good or bad, but before the fall there really wasn't a need for these urges. When everything was perfect, alot of Christians believe, that these urges did not exist as we know them today.

God told them Ish & Isha (Adam) to be fruitful & multiply. So, I don't know if they did. But we don't know of any children till after the fall.

Yes there were sexual relations in paradise. Because God told Adam to observe the animals & name them & the animals had a help mate, but Ish did not. He then made the Isha out of Ish.

I assume that their could have been, but Adam and Eve were ignorant of their sexuality, before God had a chance to make them aware of it. The fruit, apple or whatever it was they ate was able to make them aware of their nudity and sexuality, but God warned them not to eat it. The fruit tree and Satan in the form of a snake or serpent must have also been a test of their obedience. They failed. Shame, though. If they had sex, before eating that thing, their children (us, presumably) would have been untainted with sin, and not held accountable for their actions. Religion makes no sense. Their children should not be punished for their actions whether they ate it or not.

That is an interesting question...

Since Cain and Abel came AFTER the fall of man, I don't believe so, but I am curious to know this as well.

I will ask my Pastor and get back to you...revnrev9@yahoo.com
