shes a baby and she wont drink water!

You don't mention what species of bird this is. many birds don't need to drink because they get the moisture they need from the food they eat. Raptors, for example, eat meat, raw meat. If you look at a piece of meat before it's cooked and then after wards, it shrinks dramatically in size. this is because all the water has been cooked out of it. Plus raptors eat all the blood, brains, organs and eyeballs as well so they get extra moisture there.
It could just be that your bird has no need to drink because the water in it's food suffices.

I have never seen my cockatiel take a drink of water ever but I am sure she is drinking. Has to be because it will only eat seeds and pellets. But my sun conure will drink watter like I drink beer. Any time I change his water bowls he will go get him a few beaks full.

So I don't think you have a problem. You just don't see it drinking.

Try watermelon, apples,peaches,grapes for a while. Try a bottle in stead of a dish.

are you hand feeding her? if so she's getting liquids from the formula....been to the Vet yet for yearly test....

Try beer, maybe your bird is an alcoholic
