The diaper box clearly says 6-8 pounds and there is no way that there is that much in the diaper.

I'm going to be blunt with you...he's just not happy with your parenting skills. Yeah, that's it. He feels some other father would have given him a better life and he wants you to be as miserable as he is right now. Don't fret, though. He'll grow out of this and be satisfied with being half mime when he's older.

you and Jeff Foxworthy might think that's how much it holds but...

Not only is it uncomfortable - wet, cold icky weird feeling
but there are the acids and chemicals in the excrement and urine that will irritate a babies skin to the point of burning it - It is the same thing as a chemical burn. A child who has sensitive skin will blister very quickly.

The dampness in dirty diapers will also create a good envirionment for bacteria and fungus to grow. True diaper rash is usually a kind of yeast infection - similiar to jock itch or to female yeast infections. It is very painful and hard to get rid of once it starts.

The best treatment is to avoid it, by keeping your child dry and using desitin ointment every time. The ointment will help create a barrier between the skin and the harsh chemicals.

It is also important to try and give your child time without a diaper on with a protective pad under neath, so air can get to the areas normally covered with a diaper. Even ten minutes of fresh air a day can make a huge difference when trying to get rid of a bad diaper rash

I am going to give you the benefit of doubt because all the other answers are of obvious well,, anyway..
Let's assume you are talking about a lightly soiled diaper, Maybe a rash do you use any cream or powder. In hot weather it is most important to use some powder, they can sweat allot in those plastic on the outside pants. Well if they won't let liquid out they aren't letting air in. When my youngest was in diapers he would break out in a rash very easily. So sometimes I would after he had done business would let him be without a diaper for a little while when I could so he could breath and then power him well. In case of a rash to break out Destin ointment usually works best.

are you for real? leaving a baby in a wet diaper, or a soiled diaper can cause diaper rash, and if i baby gets diaper rash, it hurts. would you want a rash on your private area?

also, are you sure it says 6-8 pounds meaning that's how much the diaper can hold or that's how big the BABY SHOULD BE!

this is too much. people should have to have a license for parenting..we need one for fishing...and driving...but not to care for a human.

unbelievable.

and i know this guy isn't for real...but wow...doesn't he have better things to do with his time?

geeebus.

From the sound of it you are waiting until it has 6 to 8 lbs in it. I think the baby is saying change my diaper it's uncomfortable. You should change a babies diaper often.
If that doesn't make sense. Go pee and poo in you pants and leave it there till you have 6-8 lbs in your pants. I bet you'll be crying like a baby too..

Please tell me that you aren't serious. The 6-8 pounds means the babies weight. If the baby is wet or poopy you need to change the dang diaper, if you don't the baby will get diaper rash and that is painful. Not changing a baby's diaper is neglect!

"Stop trippin!"
You know that the 6-8 pounds means the diaper will fit a child who weights between 6-8 pounds. The diaper does not hold 6-8 pounds of "pee". (My God!) NEXT QUESTION?

how would you like to have a wet or stinky diaper on your bum?
the 6-8 pounds indicate your CHILDS weight...not the weight of the diaper

The crying is unrelated to the changing of the diaper. I believe the mimes are fondling with MR. BAIT Jr.'s private parts. Your son is being molested by mimes.

Just because it says that it can hold that much dosn't mean that it should. In a baby that small you should change there dyper as soon as the go. There skin is so thin a delicate, and are very prone to dyper rash. On skin that delicate urine is like acid and it burns there skin. and then if you mix poop in the mix and you have a breading ground for some major problems.

i know dypers are expensive, but they are alot cheeper then going to the dr for meds when the dyper rash gets so bad your baby need anioboitacs.

PLEASE don't make your baby sit in there dirty dypers. You wil have a much happier child.
